Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the MVP Craft website and any MVP build you commission from us. By using the site, submitting your idea, booking a call or paying for a build, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
MVP Craft ("we", "us", "our") is a senior software product team that designs and builds minimum viable products (MVPs) in a single 24-hour build for a fixed price. Our website is https://mvpcraft.vercel.app, and you can reach us at hello@mvpcraft.com.
2. The 24-hour MVP build
Our core service is the 24-Hour MVP Build: a working MVP delivered in 24 consecutive hours for a fixed fee of $4,200 (USD), with full source code and intellectual property handed to you, plus 30 days of post-launch support.
Every build follows the same sequence:
We only accept projects whose version-one scope realistically fits into 24 hours. We may decline any project, before payment, for any reason.
3. Price and payment
The fee is $4,200, payable in full before the build starts. There is no hourly billing and no extra charge for hours or revisions that fall within the approved scope.
The fee does not include third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid APIs, payment-provider fees or app-store accounts. Those are set up in your own accounts and billed to you by the provider.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Any bank, card or currency-conversion charges are yours.
4. Money-back guarantee
If we miss the delivery deadline, or the delivered MVP fails any acceptance criterion in the approved scope, we refund the full $4,200. There are no partial refunds and no deadline extensions: the guarantee is all or nothing, and it is judged only against the written scope you approved.
The guarantee does not apply where the delay or failure is caused by you, for example because access, accounts, API keys, content or decisions listed in the scope were not provided on time, or because you asked for changes outside the approved scope during the build.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. If a refund is issued, you receive no licence to the work produced during the build.
5. Your responsibilities
For the 24-hour clock to work, we rely on you to:
6. Source code and intellectual property
Once the fee has been paid in full and the MVP delivered, you own the intellectual property in the custom work we created for your build, including the source code, designs and documentation, and we assign it to you.
Open-source libraries, frameworks and third-party services remain subject to their own licences. Generic tools, know-how and code patterns we use across projects remain ours; we may reuse them, but never your confidential information or product-specific work.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may name you and show non-confidential screenshots of your MVP in our portfolio. An NDA is available on request before you share anything sensitive.
7. Post-launch support
For 30 days after delivery we fix, at no extra charge, anything between what the approved scope says and what you received: bugs in the approved MVP, server, build and environment issues, integration troubleshooting, minor adjustments to copy, spacing, labels and validation, deployment and migration help onto your own accounts, and handover guidance.
New features, new integrations, redesigns and ongoing content or operations work are not covered. We are happy to quote them separately, and we will tell you which side of the line a request falls on before we start.
8. Warranties and liability
An MVP is, by definition, a first version. We warrant that it will meet the acceptance criteria in the approved scope on delivery. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and our services are provided without any other warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or commercial results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a build is limited to the fee you paid for that build, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Using the website
The content on this site is provided for information about our services. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it commercially without permission, or use the site in a way that disrupts it or breaks any law.
We may restrict access to the site or our services from certain countries or regions, and we may update the site, the offer and these terms at any time. Changes to these terms apply to builds agreed after the change; the terms in force when you approve a scope govern that build.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MVP Craft is established. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; we will try to resolve it directly before either side takes any formal step.
