1. Data we collect

Data you give us:

• When you submit the "Check My MVP" form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), a description of what you want to build, the page you were on and the button you clicked.
• When you book a call: the details you enter into the Cal.com booking form, such as your name, email, notes and the time you choose. We pre-fill your name and email from the form you just submitted.
• When you message us on WhatsApp or email: your contact details and the content of the conversation.
• When you commission a build: the information needed to scope, deliver and invoice the project, including accounts and credentials you choose to share with us.

Data collected automatically:

• Usage and device data through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog: pages viewed, buttons clicked, form and booking events, referring site, approximate location, browser, device and screen size, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include your IP address, the pages requested and timing information.
• Your country, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider, which we use only to decide whether the site is available in your region. We do not store your IP address for this purpose.

2. How we use it

• To review your idea, reply to you and tell you whether it fits a 24-hour build.
• To schedule and hold calls, and to scope, deliver and support your MVP.
• To follow up with you about the enquiry or project you contacted us about.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, including measuring which pages and buttons lead to enquiries.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, depending on the activity. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business. They process your data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and runs the regional-availability check.
• Slack and our internal automation tools, which receive each form submission so the team can respond.
• Cal.com, which handles call bookings and sends the calendar invitations.
• Google (Tag Manager and Analytics 4) and PostHog, which provide analytics.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you contact us through those channels.
• Payment, invoicing and accounting providers, when you commission a build.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. Several of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside your country; where required we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies set by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to recognise your browser, measure traffic and record which parts of the page you interact with. Cal.com sets its own cookies inside the booking calendar.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or enable a tracking-protection setting; the site continues to work without analytics cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the life of the project and the period afterwards required for our business and tax records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics providers. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email us and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Credentials you share for a build should be scoped to what the scope requires and rotated after handover.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and founders and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
